For the purpose of implementation of the subitem 1) of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About inland water transport" I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting investigation, classification and accounting of transport incidents with vessels, including small size vessels, on inland waterways.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 26, 1995 No. 151 "About approval of the Regulations on classification, investigation and accounting of transport incidents on internal navigable waters of the Republic of Kazakhstan", registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 123.
3. To committee of transport control of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Mustafin K. S.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kusainov A. K.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
