Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1997 No. 252 "About the Procedure for servicing of citizens by rail" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 12, Art. 167; 2002, No. 37, Art. 1736; 2007, No. 87, Art. 3196; 2013, No. 22, Art. 741; 2020, No. 16, the Art. 623) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1997 No. 252

1. In the prolog of the resolution to replace figure "22" with figure "20".

2. According to the procedure of servicing of citizens by rail, approved by the specified resolution:

1) in Item 1 of the word of "the companies, organizations and the organizations" shall be replaced with words "subjects of managing";

2) in Item 2 of the word "About the Companies in Ukraine"," to exclude;

Item 5 to state 3) in the following edition:
