About the minimum regulations of consumption of food and structure of the minimum consumer budget for social and demographic national groups of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of article 5 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the minimum consumer budget" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- the minimum regulations of consumption of food for social and demographic national groups of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- structure of the minimum consumer budget for social and demographic national groups of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Send to Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on approval the minimum regulations of consumption of food and structure of the minimum consumer budget for social and demographic national groups of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by this Resolution.

3. Appoint the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic the official representative of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to consideration by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of the minimum regulations of consumption of food and structure of the minimum consumer budget for social and demographic national groups of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Recommend to National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic to determine monthly the cost size of the minimum consumer budget taking into account growth of consumption price index and service, entering consumer goods basket.

5. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of approval by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of the specified minimum regulations of consumption of food and structure of the minimum consumer budget for social and demographic national groups of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 13, 1995 No. 155 "About approval of cost size of the minimum consumer budget".
