Some questions of purpose of housing subsidies

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that:

1) consideration of questions of purpose of housing subsidy for the next period to households which received subsidy in heating season of 2020-2021 is carried out without addresses of citizens, except households to which housing subsidy:

it was provided in cash non-cash form;

it was appointed at the actual place of residence of persons (lessees of premises (houses); individual builders whose houses are not accepted in operation; internally displaced persons);

it was appointed without individuals from among registered in premises (house) which do not live in place of registration.

The decision on purpose of housing subsidies to households without addresses of citizens is made based on information of the Ministry of Finance by results of the carried-out verification of these receivers of housing subsidies in April, 2021 for compliance to requirements of subitems 1, of 2, of 4, 8 - 10 Items 14 of the Regulations on procedure for the purpose of housing subsidies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 1995 No. 848 "About simplification of procedure for provision to the population of subsidies for expense recovery for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of the liquefied gas, solid and liquid oven household fuel" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 2, Art. 76; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019 No. 69, Art. 2390);

2) statements for appointment and provision of housing subsidy and the declaration on the income and expenses of persons who addressed for purpose of housing subsidy provided in the forms approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of May 2, 2018 No. 604 - in edition of the order of the Ministry of social policy of May 17, 2021 No. 242, remain valid.
