According to Items 9, 10 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 23, 2014 No. 280 (with changes), to Item 3 of the Procedure for submission of the personified data on cash cover and payment of insurance premiums which are absent in the State register of obligatory national social insurance from July 1, 2000 till December 31, 2016, pensions to the military personnel, necessary for appointment (except the military personnel of compulsory military service), to faces of the commanding and ordinary structure, police officers approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 21, 2019 No. 770, board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine to the Pension fund of Ukraine of information from the State register of physical persons - taxpayers about the amount of the paid income necessary for award of pension by the serviceman (except the military personnel of compulsory military service), to faces of the commanding and ordinary structure, the police officer who is applied.

2. And digitalizations (Chekotun D.) to submit to department concerning digital development, digital transformation this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
