About recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

2. Determine that:

the current accounts with the special mode of use opened by the heatsupplying and/or heatgenerating organizations and their structural divisions for transfer of the means arriving for the consumed heat energy and/or the provided utilities on centralized heating, delivery services of heat energy, service in centralized supply of hot water, delivery service of hot water on all categories of consumers remain acting no later than till October 1, 2021;

from the date of entry into force of this resolution of means, arriving into the accounts with the special mode of use opened by the heatsupplying and/or heatgenerating organizations and their structural divisions until closing of such accounts and informing consumers on details of other accounts are transferred in day of receipt by authorized bank into current accounts of such organizations in full.
