I ORDER:

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some orders of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the acting minister of power industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2015 No. 695 "About approval of the list of products (goods), on which (which) expanded obligations of producers (importers) extend" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12565, it is published on January 19, 2016 in the Information system of law of Ad_let) the following change:

2. To provide to department of state policy of waste management of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
