For the purpose of ensuring implementation of requirements of Item 13 parts two of Article 8, of Item 10 parts two of Article 25 and part three of article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" and enhancement of the procedure of provision by the subject of primary financial monitoring on request of Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine of information concerning tracking (monitoring) of financial transactions of the client which transactions became object of financial monitoring ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of information concerning tracking (monitoring) of financial transactions which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 23, 2015 No. 1168 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of information concerning tracking (monitoring) of financial transactions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 16, 2016 for No. 80/28210.

3. To provide to department of ensuring coordination and monitoring work of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine together with Department of financial investigations of Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.
