2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 3, 2021.

1. This Provision determines procedure for functioning of national post electronic system, including procedure for acceptance, processing, storage, delivery (delivery) electronically of mailings (simple or custom), notices on mailings, notifications on receipt of mailings, transfer of other messages connected with acceptance, processing, storage, delivery (delivery) of mailings, idea of confirmation of their acceptance and delivery (delivery), and also authorization of users of national post electronic system in national post electronic system.
2. The relations which are not settled by this Provision are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About mail service", the Rules of rendering services of mail service public approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 2004 No. 1111, and other acts of the legislation.
