About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2021 No. 71
In pursuance of paragraph two of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2020 "About commissioning of the Belarusian nuclear power plant" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 447
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2021 No. 71 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2020 No. 447" the following changes:
1.1. in appendix to this resolution:
add Item 8 with words ", laying of cable products and networks of electric lighting";
add appendix with Item 11 of the following content:
"11. The national production association of power industry Belenergo - regarding control of observance of requirements of the approved project documentation in case of performance of works on installation and adjustment of high-voltage electric equipment (10 kV and above) and turbo-generator installation.";
1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for acceptance for operation of start-up complexes of blocks of the Belarusian nuclear power plant approved by this resolution:
in Item 2:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words words of "project documentation" "project and (or) working documentation (in case of acceptance for operation of start-up complex of the first block of the NPP), project and working documentation (in case of acceptance for operation of start-up complex of the second block of the NPP)";
word in paragraph seven of "project and working documentation" shall be replaced with words "project and (or) working documentation (in case of acceptance for operation of start-up complex of the first block of the NPP), project and working documentation (in case of acceptance for operation of start-up complex of the second block of the NPP)";
