About some questions of the Center of transfer of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 01.08.2022 No. 434

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of the Center of transfer of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 9, 2021 No. 138 the following changes:

- in the name and in Items 1 and 2 shall be replaced with words the word of "Government" "Cabinet of Ministers";

- state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. To Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to find the respective room for permanent placement and to provide technical, communication servicing of activities of the Center.";

in Regulations on the Center of transfer of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Founder of the Center is the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. The center is accountable to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
