1. This Instruction determines procedure for carrying out professional psychological selection (further if other is not established, - psychological selection) for:
the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who reached 18-year age, knowing state languages of the Republic of Belarus capable on the personal, moral and business qualities, the state of health, the education level to perform the functions assigned to customs authorities, and also to meeting other requirements established by the legislation on the public civil service and Regulations on procedure and conditions of service in the customs authorities for the first time accepted on the public civil service (further - the candidates for the first time employed);
