1. Approve the Standard agreement of lease of land in complex with the water object located on it which is applied.
2. Determine that the lease agreements of water objects signed according to the Standard agreement of lease of water objects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 29, 2013 No. 420, are effective until the termination of term of their action.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
