About modification of Rules of provision and receipt of telecommunication services

Bring in the Rules of provision and receipt of telecommunication services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 11, 2012 No. 295 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 29, the Art. 1074), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 5:
In paragraph one of the word of "regulating documents" shall be replaced with words 1) "technical requirements";
The second the words "and regulating documents" to exclude 2) in the paragraph.
2. In the subitem 5 of Item 17 of the word "regulating documents" shall be replaced with words "technical requirements".
3. In Item 20:
1) in paragraph one of the word "confirmation of conformity to requirements of regulating documents" shall be replaced with words "compliance to technical requirements and/or requirements of other regulatory legal acts";
2) in the paragraph the second the words "the list of the certified equipment which can be connected to telecommunication network" shall be replaced with words "the list of technical means which can be used in telecommunication networks".
4. In Item 36:
1) in subitem 2 of the word "document on confirmation of conformity" shall be replaced with words "the document on compliance to technical requirements and/or requirements of other regulatory legal acts in the field of telecommunications";
