Bring in the Procedure for use of the amount of administrative sanctions and penalty fee for failure to carry out of the standard rate of workplaces for employment of persons with disability which arrived in the government budget approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 2007 No. 70 "Some questions of realization of regulations of the Laws of Ukraine "On bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine" and "About employment of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 8, Art. 282; 2009, No. 68, Art. 2346; 2019, No. 32, the Art. 1158), and the Procedure for provision of permission to right to use by tax benefits for the companies and the organizations of public organizations of persons with disability approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 8, 2007 No. 1010 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 60, Art. 2377; 2013, No. 62, Art. 2222; 2015, No. 14, Art. 364; 2020, \Art.
