About procedure and conditions of making of anatomic gift and use of unclaimed body (remains) of the dead in the educational purposes
Based on part three of article 47 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", the paragraph of third of part two of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2001 No. 55-Z "About burial and funeral case", subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
The instruction about procedure and conditions of making of anatomic gift (is attached);
The instruction about procedure for use of unclaimed body (remains) for the dead in the educational purposes (is attached).
2. Determine the list of the state organizations in which the unclaimed body (remains) of the dead for subsequent use can be transferred in the educational purposes, according to appendix.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2014 No. 113 "About some questions of making of anatomic gift";
the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2015 No. 79 "About some questions of use of unclaimed body (remains) of the dead in educational process and scientific research";
