I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 10, 2006 No. 198 "About the Commission on questions of nationality in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes:

in Regulations on the Commission on questions of nationality in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

"28. Law-enforcement bodies register loss of nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

if nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan is acquired as a result of submission of obviously false data or false documents;

on the bases provided by interstate agreements of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

if person acquired nationality of other state;

if the marriage with the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan which formed the basis for acquisition by person of nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan is nullified by court;

on voluntary declaration of will of the child who is the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, transferred to adoption to foreigners in case of achievement of age of majority by it;

owing to participation of person in foreign armed conflicts, extremist and (or) terrorist activities in the territory of foreign state.
