1) Regulations on the Commission on questions of nationality in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1;

2) structure of the Commission on questions of nationality in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2.

2. To local executive bodies to perform financing of expenses on arrangement of persons who were granted political asylum in the Republic of Kazakhstan at the expense of means of the local budgets provided on resettlement actions.

3. Recognize invalid:
