1. Approve the Procedure for ensuring subjects of managing by forms of the registration certificate of the vehicle and registration plates which is applied.

2. (Knyazyuk O.) to provide to the main service center Ministry of Internal Affairs in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of functional obligations.
