According to Item 6 of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2006 "About amnesty in connection with legalization of property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Standard regulations on the commission on carrying out legalization of the real estate which is in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rights to which are not drawn up according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty:

1) to form under local executive bodies of areas (the cities of regional value, areas in the cities) the commissions on carrying out legalization of the real estate which is in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rights to which are not drawn up according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the commissions);

2) to approve regulations on the commissions;

3) to take other measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to publication.
