The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to persons with disability since the childhood and to children with disability" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 1, Art. 2; 2004, No. 25, Art. 342; 2005, No. 16, Art. 261; 2018, 43) after part one to add Art. No. 6-7, with new part of such content:

"The extent of the government public assistance on children with disability aged to 18 years which disability is connected with wound or other damage of health from explosive objects taking into account all allowances, increases and other surcharges including provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine increases by 50 percent of the extent of the government public assistance on children with disability aged to 18 years based on the documents determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Communication of disability with the wound or other injury of health from explosive objects received by the child with disability to 18 years is established by the medical and advisory commissions of healthcare institutions according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2021.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2021 to inform the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on condition of accomplishment of this Law.
