According to item 4 of Article 94 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decide:

1. Bring in the inventory of the Eurasian Economic Union which are transported by embankment pile, in bulk, are exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union by water vessels and concerning which in case of departure from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union the change of quantity and (or) condition which resulted from mixing of such goods in case of their loading in stowage space (compartment, reservoir) of water vessel approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 4, 2017 No. 113, of change according to appendix is allowed.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
