Some questions of the direction of funds of the government budget for purchase of new trams for of Dnieper and Kryvyi Rih

According to Item 16 of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" and parts two of Article 97 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that the means received in special fund of the government budget at the expense of the sources determined by Item 7 of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" go in 2021 in the amount of 1200000 thousand hryvnias to the Ministry of infrastructure for provision of subvention from the government budget to the regional budget of the Dnipropetrovsk region for purchase of new trams for of Dnieper and Kryvyi Rih by establishment to the Ministry of infrastructure of special fund of the government budget of amount of expenses of development (nation-wide expenses and crediting) of the new budget program.

2. Approve the Procedure and conditions of provision in 2021 for subvention from the government budget to the regional budget of the Dnipropetrovsk region on purchase of new trams for of Dnieper and Kryvyi Rih which are applied.

3. Provide:

To the ministry of infrastructure - approval of provision of subvention, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

To the Ministry of Finance - after the specified approval opening of the new budget program and entering of corresponding changes into list of the government budget.

4. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
