Changes which are made to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Item 9 of the Procedure for state registration (re-registration), removal from accounting of cars, buses, and also the self-propelled machines designed on the chassis of cars, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trail cars, semitrailer trucks, microcars, other vehicles and mopeds, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution equated to them of September 7, 1998 No. 1388 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 36, Art. 1327; 2009, No. 101, the Art. 3521) to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"State registration of the vehicles acquired with violation of requirements of paragraph two of Item 8, of Items 11, of 16, of Item paragraph two 17, of Item 18, of Item paragraph two 33, of Items 44, of 48, 49 Procedures of wholesale and retail trade by vehicles and their components having identification numbers, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 11, 2009 No. 1200 is not allowed (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009 No. 87, the Art. 2939).".
