2. Declare invalid the paragraph of the seventh of the subitem "v" of Item of 2 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2017 No. 1665, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 12, 2021 No. 172 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2017 No. 1665" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 8, the Art. 1345).
