1. According to the procedure of carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy, No. 777 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008 No. 68, Art. 2266; 2015, No. 15, Art. 383; 2019, No. 97, the Art. 3202) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2021 No. 478:
1) in the second offer of the paragraph of third Item 2 of the word "Minister of Development of Economy, Trade and Agricultural Industry" shall be replaced with words "The first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - the Minister of Economic Affairs";
2) in Item 22:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"22. Committee to destination are included the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - the Minister of Economic Affairs, the Minister of Finance, the head of appropriate subject of management of the company, especially important for economy, or its deputy (further - the representative of the subject of management) and from consent five independent non-state experts with the right of advisory vote (further - independent experts).";
