About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (concerning settlement of registration of private notarial activities of the notary in case of change of administrative-territorial division of Ukraine)
According to requirements of Articles 2-1, 13-1 - the Law of Ukraine "About notariate", the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, and for the purpose of settlement of registration of private notarial activities of the notary in case of change of administrative-territorial division of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Regulations on order of registration of private notarial activities and substitution of the private notary approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 22, 2011 No. 871/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2011 for No. 388/19126, the following changes:
Item 1.2 of the Section I after the paragraph of the eighth to add 1) with paragraphs the ninth - the twelfth the following content:
"In case of change of administrative-territorial division of Ukraine as a result of which the arrangement of workplace (office) of the private notary entered other notarial district for registration of private notarial activities in this notarial district the notary submits the statement for registration of private notarial activities in which the name of the educated notarial district is specified to the relevant territorial authority of the Ministry of Justice.
