About approval of the Regulations on order of registration of private notarial activities and substitution of the private notary

According to Articles 3, of 24, of 29, of 30-1 Law of Ukraine "About notariate" and for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of work concerning registration of private notarial activities I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on order of registration of private notarial activities and substitution of the private notary which are applied.

2. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 22.08.2003 No. 98/5 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for substitution of the private notary", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.08.2003 for No. 734/8055 (with changes), of 12.12.2008 No. 2151/5 "About approval of the Regulations on order of registration of private notarial activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 12.12.2008 for No. 1187/15878, of 29.12.2008 No. 2315/5 "About approval of the Procedure for storage and conducting registration cases of private notaries" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 30.12.2008 for No. 1261/15952.

3. Determine that registration certificates about the registration of private notarial activities issued before entry into force of this order are subject to replacement in case:

3.1 the terminations of private notarial activities for one notarial district and in connection with the subsequent registration of notarial activities in other notarial district;

3.2 losses, damages of the registration certificate or need of introduction in it of corrections, and also at own will private notary.
