Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 2004 No. 1102 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for provision of support to farms" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 34, Art. 2269; 2006, No. 8, Art. 441; 2007, No. 17, Art. 652; 2009, No. 69, Art. 2381; 2019, No. 96, Art. 3168):

To "The ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the word to "Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food";

2) in the text of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for the provision of support to farms approved by the specified resolution the word of Ministry of Economics to replace with the word "Minagropolitiki".

2. In the text of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of the wine growing, gardening and hop-growing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 2005 No. 587 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 29, Art. 1710; 2021, No. 23, the Art. 1068) to replace the word of Ministry of Economics with the word "Minagropolitiki".
