About modification of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of property in the Armed Forces of Ukraine"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of property in the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 48, Art. 407; 2002, No. 29, Art. 193; 2014, 12, the Art. 179) to add No. with part three of the following content:

"The procedure for transfer of the small-bore cartridges of caliber of 5,6 of millimeter suitable for use and storage, to the public and utility institutions of physical culture and sport which have the right according to the Law of Ukraine "About physical culture and sport" to use sports fire (except fighting) of weapon, is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in one month from the date of its publication, except Item 3 of this Section which becomes effective from the date of publication of this Law.

2. The Section VIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About National guard of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 17, Art. 594; 2016, No. 3, Art. 35; 2018, 46, the Art. 371) to add No. with Item 3-6 of the following content:

"3-6. Determine that the procedure for transfer of the small-bore cartridges of caliber of 5,6 of millimeter suitable for use and storage, to the public and utility institutions of physical culture and sport which have the right according to the Law of Ukraine "About physical culture and sport" to use sports fire (except fighting) of weapon, is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

3. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine enforcement of the regulatory legal acts following from this Law along with entry into force of this Law.
