Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 142 "About some questions of management of the state unitary enterprises and economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, of the Art. 686, No. 97, of the Art. 2972) and of March 10, 2017 No. 143 "Some questions of management of objects of state-owned property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, of the Art. 687, No. 97, of the Art. 2972, of Art. 3202; 2021, No. 17, the Art. 660) changes which are applied.

1. In Item 2-1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 142:
