About introduction of marking of tobacco (nikotinsoderzhashchy) products means of identification
According to Item 3 of basic technological organizational model of system of marking of goods means of the identification in the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 5, 2021 No. 19 (further - basic model), Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Recognize inexpedient marking introduction as means of identification within the Eurasian Economic Union of tobacco (nikotinsoderzhashchy) products according to the list according to appendix in connection with features of production and turnover of these products.
2. Determine that state members of the Eurasian Economic Union enter marking by means of identification of the tobacco (nikotinsoderzhashchy) products included in the list provided by this Decision according to the legislation without provisions of basic model.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
