Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 30, 2020 No. 493-FZ "About the public company "Single Regulator of Gamblings" and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 1, the Art. 32) the following changes:

1) regarding 1 Article 3:

a) state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6) performs functions of the customer of the hardware and software system containing packet of the application programs intended for ensuring control of activities of organizers of gamblings in bookmaker office by the automated transfer, acceptance, registration, processing, accounting, accumulating and preserving information on the concluded bets about the accepted rates, interactive rates, including about the rate amount, the amount of interactive rate, date and time of their acceptance, events and conditions of rate, interactive rate, about the sums of the prizes which are subject to payment calculated for them, about the paid and unpaid prizes, the returned not played rates, interactive rates about implementation of cash transactions in gambling institutions, about form of settlings with participants of gamblings, including with use of cash, about money transfer, including electronic money, from participants of gamblings to organizers of gamblings and from organizers of gamblings to participants of gamblings with provision in real time information on such transactions to the single regulator of gamblings (further - information system of the Company);";

b) add with Item 8 of the following content:

"8) performs other functions provided by the Federal Laws.";

2) in Article 8:

a) regarding 1 word of "the corresponding type" shall be replaced with words "in bookmaker offices";
