According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 11, of 12, 19 - 21 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", for the purpose of implementation of supervision of observance by participants of the market of financial services of Ukraine in the markets of non-bank financial services which state regulation is performed by the National Bank of Ukraine of requirements of the consumer protection law of financial services and control of compliance with law about advertizing in the field of financial services, except the stock market, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 02.09.2022 No. 198
2. Bring in the Regulations on implementation of permanent supervision by the National Bank of Ukraine in the markets of non-bank financial services approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 28, 2020 No. 169, the following changes:
