About creation of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of accreditation" of Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of accreditation" of Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).

2. Determine:

1) Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company;

2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of production economic activity in the field of accreditation in the field of assessment of conformity.

3. To the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure for the Republic of Kazakhstan established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Liquidate National Center of Accreditation limited liability partnership (further – partnership).

5. To transfer to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation property of partnership, remained after satisfaction of requirements of creditors, to balance of the company.
