the list of the data which are subject to reflection in the conclusion about execution confirmation by state member of the Eurasian Economic Union of provisions of the Agreement on features of implementation of transactions with precious metals and gemstones within the Eurasian Economic Union of November 22, 2019.

2. Determine that:

a) the data provided by Items 1-13 of the list approved by this Decision go to the Eurasian economic commission not later than month prior to holding primary survey visits according to the schedule approved by the order of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of February 2, 2021 No. 10;

b) The Eurasian economic commission within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the data specified in the subitem "an" of this Item sends them to state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members);
