1. Approve the enclosed Storage precautions of the withdrawn products.
2. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2021 and is subject to official publication.

1. These rules of storage of the withdrawn products (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 5 of article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About technical regulation" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for storage of the withdrawn products.

These rules extend to the withdrawn products which discrepancy to requirements of technical regulations is proved by results of laboratory researches during the state control and supervision in the field of technical regulation for the purpose of prevention of approach of socially dangerous effects.
