Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of February 7, 2011 No. 6-FZ "About the general principles of the organization and activities of control and calculating bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipalities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 7, Art. 903; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 10, Art. 954; 2017, No. 15, Art. 2139; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8485, 8492; 2021, No. 18, Art. 3060) following changes:

1) in Article 3:

a) state part 8 in the following edition:

"8. The control and calculating body of the municipality allocated with the status of the municipal district, municipal district, city district or city district with intracity division has rights of the legal entity.
