1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2012 No. 248 "About some questions of implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation about provision to the Government of the Republic of Belarus of the public export loan for construction of nuclear power plant in the territory of the Republic of Belarus":
to state subitem 3.2 of Item 3 in the following edition:
"3.2. provide to the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" (further - the company) means of the credit obtained according to the Agreement at the rate to 10 billion US dollars for financing of 90 percent of cost of each contract (contract) between Atomstroyexport joint-stock company (Russian Federation) and the company on delivery of goods, performance of works and rendering services by the called joint-stock company for the purpose of construction of two power units of nuclear power plant in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and to sign the agreement on procedure for use and loan repayment with this company, the Department of Energy and Belvneshekonombank open joint stock company.";
