Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

According to the procedure of maintaining the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate, No. 1141 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2011 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 86, Art. 3145; 2018, No. 52, Art. 1827; 2019, No. 57, Art. 1967; 2020, No. 44, Art. 1414; 2021, No. 44, Art. 2684):

1) in Item 31:

the subitem 2 after the word of "right" to add with words ", derivative of the property right";

add Item with subitem 5-1 of the following content:

"5-1) number of data on lease of the parcel of land or about right to use by others parcel of land for agricultural needs (emphyteusis) (in case of state registration of the sublease of the parcel of land or state registration of lease of the parcel of land acquired based on the agreement signed with emfitevty);";

Item 32 to state 2) in the following edition:

"32. The following data on encumbrance of the corporeal right are entered in the State register of the rights:

1) about obremenitel (except the cases provided by this Item):

for physical persons:

- surname;

- name;

- middle names (in the presence);

- unique number of entry in the Unified state demographic register (in the presence);
