Based on paragraphs two and third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2021 No. 9 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus", Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine:
format and structure of the data transferred by subjects of managing * to the state information system of marking of goods the unified control signs or means of identification in case of generation of system of marking of marking codes by the operator, the production and turnover of goods which are subject to marking by means of identification, cross-border trade in the goods which are subject to marking by means of identification according to appendix 1;
format and structure of the data transferred by subjects of managing to the state information system of marking of goods the unified control signs or means of identification about used, lost, stolen, written off, destroyed unused (including damaged) the unified control signs, the protected material carriers, the protected material carriers with the put means of identification, protection signs according to appendix 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 8, 2021.
