About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of bankruptcy and licensed authorization system
For the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of bankruptcy and licensed authorization system, according to articles 8 and 17 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bankruptcy (insolvency)", and also Articles 8, of 11, of 12, of 14, of 15, 18 and 28 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensed authorization system in the Kyrgyz Republic", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Provisional regulations for licensing of activities of the administrators performing procedures of process of bankruptcy (further - Provisional regulations) according to appendix.
2. Determine that the Provisional regulations are effective till December 31, 2023.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensing of separate types of activity" of May 31, 2001 No. 260 the following change:
in Regulations on the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the above-stated resolution:
- recognize Chapter 22 invalid.
