1. In Item 7 of Storage precautions of vehicles on the car parks approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 22, 1996 No. 115 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 6, Art. 191), to replace the word of "militia" with the word of "police".
2. In paragraph five of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 6, 1998 No. 1024 "About control of availability of the agreement of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles during crossing of frontier of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 27, Art. 1002; 2002, No. 12, Art. 596; 2005, 2, the Art. 86) words of "Ministry of Internal Affairs" shall be replaced with words No. "National police".
3. In paragraph ten of item 4 of the Procedure and rules of carrying out obligatory civil liability insurance of the citizens of Ukraine having weapon in property or other legal ownership for harm which can be caused to the third party or his property owing to ownership, storages or uses of this weapon approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2002 No. 402 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 14, of the Art. 728), words "employees of law-enforcement bodies," shall be replaced with words "police officers, workers".
