1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 3, 2015 No. 762 "About approval of the Procedure for sale and purchase of securities by initiation of auctions on trading floors of stock exchanges" the following changes:
Heading to state 1) in the following edition:
"About approval of the Regulations on procedure for sale and purchase of securities by initiation of auctions in the organized markets of the capital";
Item 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. Approve Regulations on procedure for sale and purchase of securities by initiation of auctions in the organized markets of the capital which is applied.".
2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for sale and purchase of securities by initiation of auctions on trading floors of stock exchanges approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 03, 2015 No. 762 (with changes) which are applied.
