About approval of Changes in Rules of submission of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 10 parts one, to item 4 of part four of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Approve Changes in the Rules of submission of the reporting members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of June 18, 2020 No. 1158, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2020 for No. 831/35114, which are applied (further - Changes).

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day, except the subitem 3 of item 4 of Changes which becomes effective in 45 calendar days from the date of, the official publication of this decision following behind day.

4. For public relations and the international organizations to provide to management placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to leave for the managing director.

Changes in Rules of submission of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

1.  To add Item 2 of the Section I after paragraph two with the new paragraph third the following content:

"rules of work with the web portal of Fund - the electronic documents placed according to the reference https://report.fg.gov.ua/instructions;".

With respect thereto third - the fifth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth - the sixth;

2. In the Section II:

1) in the subitem 1 of Item 14 is "given the floor" to be replaced with the word it "is represented";
