About parameters of the state order on acceptance for study in the highest educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2021/2022 academic year

For the purpose of further expansion of scope of youth the higher education, strengthenings of healthy competition between the highest educational institutions, the organizations in the conditions of documents acceptance quarantine at entrants and admission examinations in the highest educational institutions up to standard, and also realization of the tasks determined in the Strategy of actions by five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021:

1. Establish procedure according to which since acceptance 2021/2022 academic years the state order on training on the basis of the state grant is created also for the foreign highest educational organizations, their branches (further - branches) and the non-state highest educational organizations performing activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan. At the same time:

the state order on training on the basis of the state grant in branches and the non-state highest educational organizations is created proceeding from requirement of the ministries, departments and public authorities on places (further - customers of personnel) in personnel with the higher education;

with the entrants who gained the highest points at admission examinations in branches or the non-state highest educational organizations and showed willingness after the end of study to perform labor activity in system of the customer of personnel during at least five-year term, the tripartite agreement is signed (the customer of personnel - the student - the highest educational organization);
