About modification and amendments, and also recognition voided some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of effective use of the means which arrived from privatization of the state assets, increase in revenues of the Government budget, and also ensuring interest of district (city) khokimiyats in privatization:

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some acts of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. Determine that:

the unallotted means which arrived from privatization, subject to the direction to other organizations according to the acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan provided by appendices No. No. 1 and 2 to this Decree go to the republican budget, except for the means left at the disposal of Fund for management, transformation and privatization of the state assets.

this Decree does not extend to distribution of the means which arrived from privatization determined by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 11, 2021 No. UP-6167 "About Measures for Further Acceleration of Processes of Privatization of the State Assets".

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.
