According to the Laws of Ukraine of "Basis of the legislation of Ukraine about health care", "About the state protection of public authorities of Ukraine and officials", "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families", to the Procedure for providing with sanatorium permits in sanatorium institutions of the military personnel, veterans of war, veterans of military service, law-enforcement bodies and some other categories of persons and members of their families approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2011 No. 446, to the Procedure for delivery of health care in military-medical organizations and settlement for it between military forming approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 18, 1999 No. 1923, to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 08, 2007 No. 972-r "About delivery of health care by the serviceman of Management of the state protection" in connection with organizational and regular changes and for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of sanatorium providing in Management of the state protection of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. In Item 2 of the order of Management of the state protection of Ukraine of August 27, 2013 No. 565 "About the organization of sanatorium providing in Management of the state protection of Ukraine", the word of "Health service" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 19, 2013 for No. 1613/24145, shall be replaced with words "divisions of medical support".
