About approval of the Regulations on procedure for approval of specifications of derivative contracts of the money market by the National Bank of Ukraine and modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 44, of 45, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine of June 19, 2020 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of investment attraction and implementation of new financial instruments" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of National Bank in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: No. 738-IX

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for approval of specifications of derivative contracts of the money market by the National Bank of Ukraine which are applied.

2. Approve Changes in:

1) the Regulations on structure of the foreign exchange market of Ukraine, condition and procedure for foreign exchange trade and bank metals in the foreign exchange market of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 1 (with changes) which are applied;

2) the Regulations on measures of protection and determination of procedure of separate foreign currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 5 (with changes) which are applied.
