According to the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the population against infectious diseases", to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2020 No. 1236 "About establishment of quarantine and introduction of rationing anti-epidemic arrangements for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine which are attached.
2. (Karchevich M. V.) to provide to management of development of digital transformations in health care submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. I reserve control of execution of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
